June 11 (Day 163 of 366)

“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

– Muhammad Ali.

  1. When I was six years old a neighbor had a party for a 21 year boxer who happened to be in town. The boxer’s name was Cashous Clay — I never forgot the day I met the man who would become Muhammed Ali.

    1. Wow — that’s amazing. My wife and I saw him at an awards dinner a few years ago and that felt special too.. It’s really interesting the sheer number of people who have had some contact or connection with him. He did seem to be a man of the people.
